Terms of Service

These terms apply to your xMotion account (the single sign-in of the Micromotion platform at sso.xmotion.me) and to the web products operated by xMotion that you access with it. A product may have additional terms, which apply together with these.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in methods (password, codes, Google account) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.
• If you sign in with Google, your use of Google is also subject to Google's terms.

Organizations

If you join an organization (for example a business workspace), its administrators control your membership and role, and the organization is responsible for the data it enters in our products.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services: no unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, no interference with the service, no unlawful content, and no attempts to bypass security or usage limits.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available and secure but provide them "as is", and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, xMotion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

Privacy

How we handle account data is described in the Account Privacy Policy.

Ending your account

You may stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the latest version is always at xmotion.me/terms.html. Continuing to use the services after an update means you accept it.
